What Happens Once We Receive Your Order?
Welcome to the official Order Processing Help Center for Aliapex.
After you place an order on Aliapex, several steps take place before your package is delivered. Below is an overview of what happens once your order is received.
Step 1 – Order Confirmation
After your order is placed successfully:
- Your order is received by the Aliapex system
- A confirmation email or notification is sent
- Your order appears in My Orders
Order Status:
Order Placed or Pending Payment
If payment has not yet been completed, your order may remain pending until payment is successful.
Step 2 – Payment Verification
To help protect buyers and sellers, Aliapex may perform a payment security check.
What Happens?
- Payment information is verified
- Fraud prevention systems run security checks
- Order eligibility is confirmed
Typical Processing Time:
Usually within 30 minutes
During busy periods, verification may take longer.

Payment Being Verified
Step 3 – Seller Receives Your Order
Once payment is confirmed:
The seller receives your order details and begins processing.
This may include:
- Confirming product availability
- Preparing the package
- Checking product variations (size, color, quantity)
- Packaging the order

Step 4 – Seller Processing Time
Sellers usually require time to prepare shipment.
Typical processing time:
1–7 business days
Processing time may vary depending on:
- Product type
- Seller workload
- Holidays or peak demand
- Stock availability
Some products may take longer.
Step 5 – Shipment Preparation
Before shipping, the seller may:
- Perform quality checks
- Securely package products
- Print shipping labels
- Prepare customs documentation (for international orders)
Step 6 – Order Shipped
Once the package is handed to the carrier:
- Tracking number is uploaded
- Shipping confirmation is sent
- Estimated delivery becomes available

Shipped
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear.
Step 7 – International Transit & Customs
For international orders, packages may pass through:
- Export processing
- Airline or logistics transit
- Customs inspection
- Local delivery centers
Transit time depends on:
- Destination country
- Shipping method
- Customs processing
- Carrier performance
Step 8 – Local Delivery
Once your package reaches your country:
A local delivery partner may complete final delivery.
Examples may include:
- DHL
- DPD
- UPS
- Hermes
- Local postal services

Step 9 – Order Delivered
Once delivery is completed:

Can I Change or Cancel My Order During Processing?
Before Shipment

After Shipment
