How Do I Exchange Merchandise?

If you received an item that is the wrong size, color, variation, damaged, defective, or not as expected, you may be eligible for an exchange or replacement, depending on the seller’s policy and product eligibility.

What Is a Merchandise Exchange?

An exchange allows you to replace an item with:

  • A replacement for a damaged item
  • The correct product variation
  • A replacement for defective merchandise

Exchange availability depends on:

How to Exchange an Item

Step 2 – Open Your Order

Go to:

My Orders → View Details

Select the item you want to exchange.

Step 3 – Select “Return / Refund”

Choose:

Return / Exchange Request (if available)

or contact the seller directly.

Step 4 – Choose Exchange Reason

Examples include:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong color
  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect item sent
  • Defective item
  • Missing parts
Step 5 – Contact the Seller

For exchange requests, the seller may confirm:

  • Replacement availability
  • Correct size or color

Step 6 – Return the Item (If Required)
